"The School of Spiritual Ministry" is a focused time of teaching, mentoring, discipleship, personal ministry, equipping, worship and prayer led by Tommy Hays and his teaching team of experienced prayer ministers. We will study and experience a Biblical perspective of the ministry of healing and wholeness of spirit, soul and body, and apply the foundational principles of the Kingdom of God for prayer ministry. The course combines dynamic classroom teaching in a small group setting with personal hands-on experience as students receive personal ministry and are guided in ministry for others.

Level 2 - will take the students to another level of prayer ministry & experience, digging deeper into the different issues they will encounter in personal ministry & will include "hands on" experience in prayer ministry.

The Fountain School of Spiritual Ministry is an intensive course held over 4 days at selected times during the year. A suggested donation for each course is $150.00 but we also offer the possibility of partial scholarships so that all may attend. This donation includes all materials plus lunches each day of the conference.

A worshipful setting in a safe atmosphere of God’s healing Presence and Power, with times of personal prayer ministry and Biblical teaching.

Spiritual Principles of Deep Healing—In this session we will explore God’s order in every dimension—spirit, soul, and body. Past hurts require healing to realize true freedom. We’ll address rejection, rebellion, fear, trauma, shame and being set free from spiritual oppression. It is only God’s redemptive power that can bring us back to God’s created plan.

Hindrances To Healing—Scripture provides principles that reveal possible barriers that hinder healing, freedom and wholeness. This session will include discussion of personal sin, generational curses, and cycles of iniquity, false belief systems, inner vows, word curses, unholy ties, false spirituality, and unresolved traumas of brokenness. These given over to God, prepare the way for God’s powerful healing love.

Private healing prayer with our trained prayer ministry teams.

Healing Prayer Weekends are scheduled over the course of selected weekends beginning at 6pm on Friday and ending at 4pm on Sunday. Charges for the weekend include overnight accommodations plus 5 meals. It is strongly suggested that participants come for the full weekend and plan on breaking completely away from their own homes and schedules in order to allow for more freedom in the healing process. Charges for the full weekend usually cost $200.00 or $250.00 for a private room.

Messiah Ministries developed and trained prayer teams to minister in the Healing Rooms of Lexington in membership with the International Association of Healing Rooms in Spokane, WA. The IAHR is a Christ-centered ministry committed to unity in the Body of Christ and to re-establish healing as a vital ministry of the body of Christ throughout the world. The vision is to heal, equip and release believers who will restore the army of God to prepare for the end time harvest. The Prayer Canters’ desire is to help facilitate encounters between God's healing presence and the restoration of broken, hurting people. We believe the Healing Rooms model gives excellent opportunities for trained prayer ministry teams from any and all denominations to experience prayer ministry as opportunity to provide healing for people in our city. As the process continued and the first launching of the Healing Rooms began we eventually sensed that this calling had a different focus than what we are directed to.
